Laura Linney

Laura Linney, born February 5th, 1964 in New York, New York U.S.A. is an American actress known for portraying powerful, but fragile character. Linney was raised in a theatre family, her father, Romulus Linney was a playwright. She earned a degree in Arts Theatre School, Moscow in the year 1986. Later she completed a M.F.A. at Juilliard School. located in New York City in 1990. She began to perform in Broadway as soon as she arrived, and was later awarded praise for her performances in Six Degrees of Separation (Six Degrees of Separation) as well as Hedda Galer.
